HERBY® is a fully self-contained indoor farming appliance that allows you to grow a wide range of herbs, leafy greens, berries, edible flowers and exotic spices anywhere. Herby’s intelligent control system optimises the growing environment based on the specific plant species that you have chosen to grow. It knows how much water, light, humidity, and what level of temperature each plant needs to thrive.

Just plug HERBY® into power, fill the water tanks and insert your selection of Seedpods, and Herby will take care of the rest.

Once the plants are fully grown, our friendly neighbourhood astronaut Herbert will help you to harvest the plants in such a way that the plants will keep growing over time. You can grow the same plants for up to 4 months at a time, harvesting them over and over again.

HERBY® is a small-scale farming unit that can fit into any restaurant, hotel, bar, or even inside a research laboratory. With the dimensions 2030 cm x 795 cm x 415 cm (HxWxD), you can easily fit HERBY® inside your premises without wasting precious space e.g. from customer seating.

HERBY® is built for indoor-use only. All you need is a stable internet connection, a power socket as well as enough Seedpods to grow your favourite plants.

Seedpods can be purchased as a monthly subscription, or individually from our web store [more information coming soon].

In addition to plants used in cuisine, HERBY®is also a perfect system for research laboratories that want to grow high quality speciality crops e.g. for cosmetics and medical research. With HERBY® you get even results with high quality plants that are perfect for your research needs.

Yes, you can definitely grow multiple plant species at the same time! Still, it’s important to note that each plant species has their unique requirements for optimal growth and some plants get with others better than some.

HERBY® will initially be targeted for business customers only, but if you are a consumer interested in getting your own HERBY® indoor farm, please let us know by signing up for our waiting list. We will be notify you when HERBY® becomes available for everyone.

We offer multiple options for acquiring your own HERBY® appliance. Business customers can either purchase Herby with one instalment, or lease it for 36-52 months.
